REIMBURSEMENT: If you have approved expenses to submit for reimbursement, please print this SAEOP Operating Expense Voucher and turn it in, with your original receipts, to our treasurer listed on the contact us page.  If you have questions, you can email our treasurer.  Be sure to keep a copy of your receipts and claim form for your records.

2012 WAEOP Conference Reimbursement:  To help with the expense of attending the conference, SAEOP will pay the first night conference hotel rate for groups of 3 members sharing a room at the Kelso Red Lion Hotel (1/3 of the cost per member for the first evening) with the understanding that members will pick up the remaining amounts for the other 2 evenings.  This is to attend the annual WAEOP Conference in Kelso, WA on April 20 and 21, 2012.  This reimbursement cannot be combined with the current policy of $15/day per diem for this WAEOP Conference only.  Send this form to Dian Pendergrass (EO-279) to indicate your interest in sharing a hotel room with 2 other members and to be able to collect a reimbursement.  SAEOP has $600 set aside for these reimbursements and eligibility for reimbursement will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis, so get your form in early.  Instructions for claiming the reimbursement are on the form.

 What to Expect At WAEOP - Here is a helpful brochure if you've never been to a WAEOP conference before.  The actual registration links are on the WAEOP website.  Register today!  The conference is always fun, full of good information, and it's worth 15 PSP points.
