Dear SAEOPs:

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize you and the work you do as this is Administrative Professionals' Week.  Thank you for everything you do to make running of the schools and the district offices smoother for students, parents, co-workers, and community. 

As I get the chance to meet you at meetings, professional development classes, and conferences, I am continuously impressed with the skills, pride, dedication, and professionalism you bring to your job every day.  In addition, your compassion for your students, staffs, and co-workers is so gratifying.  When we have sent out requests for sick leave donations for fellow SAEOP members, asked for assistance to help injured SAEOP members, or conducted a stuffed animal drive for injured and/or traumatized children at Harborview, you have responded overwhelmingly.  This spring at our dinner, we will be awarding a SAEOP scholarship to a deserving, graduating Seattle schools senior, another way you help to build the future.

Congratulations to all of you!  I hope that you are recognized, valued, and thanked for all of your contributions this week.
